A herbal tincture, some whipped tallow, infusing an oil blend, painting with the kids, doing my best to find joy in the little things along the way.

My hubby and I are living life on the Sunshine Coast, a little patch of land by the river, with a collection of animals and a bit of a garden. forever learning and always growing with our four beautiful children.

My healthcare story started many years ago, and after 15 years in nursing I am now completing my Advanced Practitioner of Homeopathy studies with RMDY Academy, class of 2028.
